For some two countries...it is genocide against the Tutsi, Hutu and others...but historical trends of killings of Tutsi from 1958 by Hutu political elite leading to (planned 1994 genocide) negates their politically loaded statement. Genos.. targeted race/tribe. No ambiguity.
