UCLA Law Is Producing Partisans, Not Lawyers.
Are state funds generating legal service providers, or empowering privileged ideologues?

Kudos to @Dartmouth, a different kind of Ivy.
Israeli flags cover the lawn in front of Dartmouth Hall, the most central and visible place on campus, in honor of Yom HaZikaron, Israeli Memorial Day. Sponsored by Hillel and Chabad together.
City moves with lightning speed to criminalize home worship. Then its bureaucracy grinds to a Kafkaesque halt when the God-fearing homeowner seeks due process, while the Mayor himself deputizes neighbors to spy for any illegal religious activity. 🕵️♂️ Truth stranger than fiction!
This is a remarkable corporate display in favor of a one state solution. @Delta redrew the map of @Israel in a manner that would make Arthur Balfour blush.
Dear @Delta,
I understand that it is Arab American Heritage Month. But why does celebrating that include displays in your lounge @JFKairport that completely erase the State of Israel?

They shut down a Jew’s Sabbath prayer group in his own home, then urged his neighbors to spy on him. As we told the Supreme Court in our amicus, when a city treats prayer as suspicious activity & tells neighbors to keep watch, the problem isn't land use.
The problem is the city.

@DahliaKurtz Anyone else feeling meh 🫠 that AI showed low Jewish populations but putting ‘em on giant pedistols over New York City? Also… everyone is a black hatter? 🤠 not sure if this is intentional irony, AI bias, or just … sad.
Tucker and I had a very twisty and frankly confusing discussion about the meaning of Zionism.
Now, I have no idea if Tucker was trying to be difficult or we were just talking past each other, but he started out the discussion on Zionism by saying he wanted to ask me in my capacity as a former Baptist minister about the "theology" of Christian Zionism.
But, he kept dragging it to discussions about other topics, literally other countries, things that have nothing to do with theology and certainly not with Israel, Zionism, or anything else.
So let me just make it really clear.
Since Tucker actually seemed more interested in the definition of political Zionism, it's simple: Zionism is the belief that Israel has a right to exist in safety and security. That's it. Pretty simple and straightforward.
Lots of Christians who don't have a theological basis for supporting Israel are actually Zionists because they support Israel's right to exist in safety and security.
The last two Popes, for example, both came here to Israel, Pope Benedict in May 2009 and Pope Francis in May 2014, and both of them said the exact same words:
"Let it be universally recognized that the State of Israel has the right to exist, and to enjoy peace and security within internationally agreed borders."
Pope John Paul II, arguably one of the most influential of anyone in the Christian faith and a remarkable man was also a "Christian Zionist."
Tucker, I couldn't get you to say you support Israel's right to exist during our interview. But as I told you then and I'll say it again, someone doesn't need to believe it's commanded by the Bible in order to be a Zionist. But if one DOES believe the Bible (and I do) then it's even more compelling.
All you need to do is believe that Israel has a right to exist.
Why can't you just say that? I asked you multiple times during our interview and not once did you give me a direct answer. You refused to say whether or not Israel has a right to exist. I hope you will state your answer to that simple question soon.
Thrilled to share my new article in the February 2026 CPI Antitrust Chronicle: “Market Power and Governance Power – New Tools for Antitrust Enforcement in the Decentralized Gig Economy.”
Traditional tools like the HHI alone can’t handle algorithmic platforms and #DAOs. I propose adding governance metrics (Nakamoto coefficient + Gini) for a true picture of power in the decentralized gig economy.
Thanks @CompPolicyInt !

@ProfessorSethO@USCCRgov I’d encourage anybody interested in this to check out the video, which might give a different sense of the arguments. https://t.co/a8fvfujHz2

@Klmarcus calls #Antisemitism an ancient evil.
@amyspitalnick names it a nonpartisan conspiracy theory. Then @JChristianAdams nailed it: blaming the President won’t get this done; that report isn’t passing committee.
So let’s get to work on real #CivilRights.
@USCCRgov concluded on how to stop #JewHatred? Not by blaming Trump for #campus#antisemitism.
“Not In Our Name” because you fear @realDonaldTrump’s actions “in our name” will spark more #JewHatred? That fear is misplaced. You can't spark a fire that's burning for millennia.
