@astronomy89@thetrueshelby Oh? Are you in China?
Abundance isn’t coming to America, austerity is. The past 18 months have set us on an irrevocable path to runaway hyperinflation ending in fiscal insolvency.
The rest of the world no longer trusts us. And they hold our debt.

@Norma0627@theisogawd Most people have cameras around their property these days. Notice how this one is across the cross-street from where we’re seeing.
Also, I hate to be a pedant online, but you buy things at a bazaar. Your reply, however, is bizarre.
Sorry, it’s the lawyer in me.
@DHSgov How have members of the current administration “earned” their citizenship? By decimating our economy? Forcing our allies and creditors to rapidly divest their dollar holdings? By raising CPI, gas prices, and inflation to highest peacetime/non-global disaster rate in history?
@wea71000@JoeBrunoWSOC9 Wealthy bank executives who live in the Lake Norman or Wiley, but work in uptown.
The cost was exorbitant enough, that, if a driver used it every weekday, both ways, they would essentially be paying ~$150/wk with a transponder.
That $150 would save them ~30 min of traffic/day.
@DHSgov Does that apply to Cuban refugees in Florida, too?
No more “wet foot, dry foot”?
(Don’t get me wrong, I believe people fleeing persecution & violence should get to wait here during their asylum claim process — but it should apply to everyone, not just Cubans.)
@its_yo_boi_murr@CalltoActivism You realize that #LSSC has consistently had the highest ratings across all of his late night peers. He made CBS more money than Fallon, Kimmel, Meyers, Oliver, & Gutfeld made their respective networks.
There was a dip when Kimmel came back, but otherwise.

@IranAnalytic@sentdefender Plus, the whole “we’re going to drop a bomb on your home to free you” is one of the stupidest ideas I’ve ever heard…
Sounds like a real Trump/Hegseth operation!
How is the average reader supposed to make that call?
Wait to see if more insanity occurs, I guess? 🤷🏼♂️
@kglightspire@MorePerfectUS So, even the most senior of projects — ones spec'ed out 10+ years ago — are suddenly forced to contend with rising prices.
Contracts are wonderful instruments, but you can't get blood from a stone; i.e., a bankrupt contractor who's walked away leaves the buyer holding the bag.
@kglightspire@MorePerfectUS We had a similar situation here in Charlotte. Data center plans had been ongoing for many years, as this is where many banks keep their data. Unfortunately, as the zoning committee dragged its feet, these data center projects felt greater pressure from the current demand spike.
