Since its inception in 1979, the Islamic Republic has waged war against the West, perpetuating nearly five (5) decades of hostility through state-sponsored terrorism, hostage-taking, political assassinations, proxy warfare, and direct military aggression.

1. 1979–1981: American Embassy Hostage Crisis. The Islamic regime endorsed the seizure of the U.S. Embassy in Tehran and held 52 Americans hostage for 444 days in flagrant violation of international law.

2. 1983: Beirut Bombings. The regime financed & trained Hezbollah, whose terrorists bombed the U.S. Embassy & American & French military barracks, killing 241 Americans, 58 French soldiers, & 63 embassy victims.

3. 1984–1991: The regime-backed Hezbollah kidnapped Western diplomats & journalists, hijacked TWA Flight 847, and murdered American Navy diver Robert Stethem.

4. 1985–1992: The regime orchestrated assassinations across Europe, including the 1992 Mykonos murders in Berlin, for which a German court held the regime’s leadership responsible.

5. 1989: Khomeini issued a fatwa ordering the murder of British author Salman Rushdie for writing a novel the regime deemed offensive to Islam.

6. 1992–1994: The regime-backed Hezbollah bombed the Israeli Embassy & AMIA Jewish community center in Buenos Aires, killing 114 people. An Argentine court held the regime responsible for the AMIA attack.

7. 1996: Khobar Towers Bombing. The regime-backed Saudi Hezbollah bombed American military housing in Saudi Arabia, killing 19 US servicemen & injuring hundreds.

8. 2003–2011: The IRGC armed, trained, & financed Iraqi militias that US military intelligence linked to at least 603 American military deaths.

9. 2000s–2020s: The regime repeatedly imprisoned American, British, Canadian, & European nationals, exploiting their detention to extract diplomatic concessions & prisoner exchanges.

10. 2011–2024: The IRGC was implicated in assassination plots targeting the Saudi ambassador in Washington, John Bolton, Iranian dissidents, & Donald Trump.

11. 2011–2026: The regime-sponsored hackers attacked American banks, penetrated critical infrastructure, stole sensitive information, & interfered in US elections.

12. 2019–2020: The regime seized the British tanker Stena Impero & launched ballistic missiles against American forces in Iraq, causing brain injuries to more than 100 U.S. personnel.

13. 2022–2026: The regime supplied Russia with Shahed attack drones & military technology used to bombard Ukrainian cities, civilian infrastructure, & energy facilities.

14. October 7, 2023: The regime financed, armed, & trained Hamas for decades, enabling the October 7 terrorist attacks in which Hamas-led militants massacred approximately 1,200 people & abducted 251 hostages.

15. 2023–2025: The regime armed Houthi militants attacking international shipping & backed Iraqi militias whose drone strike in Jordan killed three American soldiers.

16. 2024–2025: The regime launched hundreds of missiles & drones against Israel in 2024 & fired ballistic missiles at an American military base in Qatar in 2025.

17. 2026: The regime attacked commercial vessels, threatened international shipping, & attempted to impose control over the Strait, severely disrupting global trade & energy supplies.

18. 2026: The regime employed networks targeting Jewish communities, dissidents, & American interests. A regime-linked group claimed responsibility for the arson of four Jewish charity ambulances in London, pro-regime operatives were implicated in a foiled Bank of America bombing in Paris, and British authorities attributed an attempted attack near RAF Fairford to the regime.

The Islamic Republic of Terrorism must be overthrown.

I reviewed 110 financial documents and reports of main Iranian land and sea transportation companies along with regional custom data. Here is what @CENTCOM new Task Force Iron Gate — announced today to squeeze Iran’s land borders and the Caspian — is actually up against.

Since April 2026, a U.S. naval blockade has shut Bandar Abbas and Chabahar, ports that handled roughly 163 million tons of cargo and about 80% of Iran’s trade.

But Iran has seven back doors: Iraq, Turkey, the Caspian Sea, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Afghanistan, and Pakistan. Together they carried about $22 billion in trade in 2024–25 — $15.3B out, $6.8B in. Since the blockade, every one of these corridors shows traffic surging.

CENTCOM forces disabled a commercial vessel in the Gulf of Oman, Nov. 7, after the ship’s civilian crew ignored repeated warnings and attempted to violate the naval blockade against Iran multiple times. A U.S. military aircraft fired precision munitions at the stern of St. Kitts-flagged M/V Huda, disabling the ship after CENTCOM forces directed the crew to abandon targeted spaces. The cargo vessel tried to depart regional waters after visiting an Iranian port.

"In one year, from summer 2025 to spring 2026, the Iranians increased the range of their ballistic missiles from 2,000 kilometers to 4,100 kilometers.

US Central Command (CENTCOM) announced on Saturday the creation of a new task force aimed at disrupting Iran's movement of advanced weapons, sanctioned materials and other shipments across its land borders and the Caspian Sea.

CENTCOM commander Admiral Brad Cooper ordered the establishment of Task Force Iron Gate, a team of approximately 20 military and civilian personnel based in Tampa, Florida.

The task force will coordinate with other US government agencies to restrict the movement of advanced weapons systems, technologies that can have both civilian and military uses, and materials subject to sanctions. It will also target illicit revenue streams.

"The establishment of Task Force Iron Gate reinforces the success of our ironclad blockade against Iran at sea," Cooper said.

He added that the initiative would further constrain Iran's ability to "finance terrorism, rebuild weapons factories, and replenish their military."

A US military official urged Iranian civilians to remain indoors and stay away from Revolutionary Guards positions if military tensions escalate, telling Iran International that the IRGC was placing weapons and command centers in residential areas.

The official said the US was concerned about the safety and security of the Iranian people. “The IRGC has been placing military assets like weapons and command centers inside civilian neighborhoods and near homes."

“The Islamic Regime does not care about the people of Iran, as evidenced by Regime leaders and the IRGC using innocent civilians as human shields while they hide. They're hiding in fortified facilities and underground bunkers.”

US Vice President JD Vance has been personally involved in indirect talks with Iran over the past two weeks aimed at securing a new ceasefire and resuming nuclear negotiations, Axios reported Friday, citing two sources familiar with the discussions.

Vance has spoken almost daily with Qatari Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, Pakistan's army chief Asim Munir and other mediators, according to the report. White House envoy Steve Witkoff and Trump's adviser and son-in-law Jared Kushner are also involved.

Axios said Vance sent a letter two weeks ago to Iran's Supreme National Security Council Secretary Mohsen Rezaei proposing renewed direct negotiations. Iranian officials said the letter had generated positive momentum.

The sides have also discussed holding a technical meeting in the coming days, though no meeting has been arranged. Sources involved in the mediation efforts described progress as very slow.

Russia’s new arms transfers threaten the blockade standoff in the Strait.

Great research by @dallas_analytic on Russia’s military exports to Iran under the code K10, including launchers for the LMUR (a small guided helicopter missile), which Russia just unveiled a new truck-launched version of. Per their analysis, it has little use in Russia’s own war, and Iran is the likely buyer. It would give Iran something new: a camera-steered missile that strikes in about a minute and gives off no radar to jam.

That matters because the Strait is Iran’s main leverage against the blockade, and the truck-launched missile can reach 20 km into it, is more accurate, and is hard to intercept. Iran has been working hard to import the trucks—@Reuters found its military imported 435 of the trucks it uses as missile launchers between January 2025 and June 2026 (https://t.co/5hucr7qZHP).

The blockade standoff lets the US keep up economic pressure on Iran without ongoing fighting. Russia wants the conflict in the Gulf to keep the US constrained, interceptors locked in place, and less support to Ukraine as it buys time and avoids negotiations. Arming Iran to fight in the Strait helps keep it going.
