@cwgrlmomks01 @American_Dad_NW @ImCollegeSoccer Most of the top clubs rarely have half the team from their own town/area. Many travel in. There are qualified coaches in most clubs. The problem is we don't have a merit based system, so ppl travel to the clubs that have access.
