@HOT97 Well what’s going to happen is the landlords go negative. And one by one apartments are deemed uninhabitable and go off market. Rent rises sharply for what’s left. Only upper and rich can afford. Or corporate buys and create massive high rises with 5k monthly rent.

@SteveOnSpeed That’s because insurance have negotiated rates. The raw amount you see is never the amount the insurance pay. It’s actually the opposite, people without insurance often pay more.

@omgsidewalks Unfortunately that’s not how the world works. For someone to live comfortably, someone will not. The only way for all of us to live comfortably we have to remove the human condition of greed and jealousy. And that ain’t happening.
