🚨 AquaFunded under scrutiny after another public payout dispute.

A trader @Bab_s01 has publicly alleged that AquaFunded:

• Denied a $2,283 payout
• Breached two funded accounts ($50K & $25K)
• Initially cited one reason for the breach before later referring to IP matches and copy-trading evidence
• Offered a refund tied to a non-disclosure/non-disparagement agreement, which the trader says he declined

@AquaFunded , on the other hand, says its risk team has clear evidence of copy trading and stands by its decision.

The trader has now published emails, account data, and supporting documents publicly for the community to review.

Cases like this highlight why transparency, clear evidence, and consistent communication remain critical in the prop industry.

It’s always encouraging to see disputed cases reach a resolution.
