@UbisoftSupport@Katyusha391 Be persistent. I dealt with this for days and gave up at one point accepting the fact that I would never get my stolen account back because support online wasn’t helpful. But, today I woke up to my account being recovered days after I threw in the towel. Thanks! @UbisoftSupport
@UbisoftSupport I was denied help, each time an agent gets my case they close it and say they can’t help me at all with the account anymore. I’m very disappointed in the lack of effort to escalate and investigate the case further. I don’t have confidence that I’ll recover my account with Ubisoft

@Ubisoft Your support is not one bit helpful. They gave access to my account to someone else and it’s been 4 days trying to recover my account and it only took the “hacker” 5 minutes to have support change the email. What’s up with this? @UbisoftSupport

@UbisoftSupport In 5 minutes the hacker gained access by support changing a perfectly good email and its 4 days now and I can’t recover my hacked account. HELP! @UbisoftSupport
@UbisoftSupport I have been updating it every hour and the original case was deleted for some reason. Now the hacker is also submitting messages claiming that the case request for the compromised account is not real. PLEASE escalate this to a higher support. @UbisoftSupport
