A new prison in EDKY is a terrible idea. 1 more reason: there's no EDKY fed def office (i.e., no defenders able to fight the BOP's inevitable failure to abide by policies). It's not a new prob -- my Iowa-based clinic has taken EDKY cases for years -- but let's not make it worse.
