There's been a noticeable increase in Mass attendance since I got here 8 months ago. The first 5 months saw a 20% increase from day 1, the last 2 months bring that closer to 25%, maybe 30%. Today, all the Masses have been standing room only.

If it's just a shared calendar, Google Calendar is free for Gmail accounts, iCloud Calendar is free for Apple Accounts. Both can be shared with other users so everyone's on the same page.
