We have not been contacted by the government to negotiate.
Strikes can still be averted with a credible offer.

Our door remains open, all the government needs to do is walk through.

Last year's pay deal was built on the foundation of being the first step to restoring our pay and profession.

£17/hr to save your life.
£23/hr is all we need to restore our pay.
£23/hr is a reasonable price for the doctor who cares for your loved ones at 3am.

IMGs nearly doubled.

Worked my first 12 hour shift as an HCA @uhbtrust today- always motivated to work even harder to become a doctor who can care for pts as much as nurses
