There is substantial evidence that these funds have been misused for corruption, political agendas, and non-productive purposes. If financial assistance is necessary, it should come with stringent accountability measures, similar to those required of federal employees (e.g., 'How was the fund utilized and what progress has been made each month?'). The funds provided have unfortunately fostered corruption instead of development. This misuse of resources must be stopped immediately!
