@yogurtraisin@jonburkeUK Yep, but it’s still owned by the same companies that thatcher sold it to, and we will still have to buy it at extortionate global prices.
@snb19692 Religion is pretty new in the history of civilisation, but wars were fought before… always over land and resources. I often wonder if religion was just ‘justification’ perhaps ‘designed justification’ ??
@JohnCleese As I said to my elderly mother in law just yesterday, it’s really not difficult to fact check. Posts like this are intentional misinformation to spread hate and division and if even intelligent people are falling for it we really are f’d
13 workers left Palantir and issued this statement.
"Palantir is increasingly complicit, normalizing authoritarianism under the guise of a 'revolution' led by oligarchs. We must resist this trend."
Its interesting isn’t it? The Epstein files are bringing down government officials, monarchs, legal systems, financiers…worldwide, purely for correspondence, but the guy mentioned the most? His best buddy, the guy with the worst accusations… nah… he’s good! Wonder why?
@FashFinderUK @g_gosden Most of these responses must be bots… right? Please tell me this isn’t the level of human brain power we’ve got left? We really are screwed.
@Loriagne2 There’s no joy, they just need to keep us all distracted and angry and divided, cos more and more people have started to notice that the real problem is rich vs poor, and power vs none, and that scares them, cos there’s more of us than them!
@PeakirkBooks @pwsimerimiaw But the figures do include pensioners, they also include people recieving child benefit and people being topped up with universal credit, because their WORKING doesn’t pay them enough! But they want you to think a HUGE number are sitting on their arses, cos they need you angry!
@JohnCleese It’s common in politics you add an amendment to force an outcome that you can use against the opposition. Bill: Free thousand pound for everyone! ( amendment: but your first born has to be sacrificed) ‘the other side voted no to giving you all a million pounds!’
@JohnCleese Not that I believe it’s worth it, but the vote wasn’t on an investigation, it was on an amendment to the bill that the tories added last minute to make it wrong to vote for because it would have meant them voting to remove other safeguards and protections for children.
A timely reminder, British tax payer @GaryLineker, was told to 'Stick to football' by the people cheering on Ratcliffe, who resides in the tax haven of Monaco.

In just one week, @reformparty_uk broke electoral law; had a number of individuals mentioned in the Epstein files; had several people exposed as possible fronts for foreign donors; and lied about £40m council savings they didn’t make.
Where was all this on the news?
@BBCPolitics@SkyNewsBreak@itn
This is why I just know a lot of you on this site are racists, pure and simple.
You were furious about Rotherham et al. You built entire movements around it. You said it was about protecting children. You said it was about justice.
Good.
So where is that same fury for #EpsteinFiles? For Epstein Island? For Manhattan?
And to the minority of the Online Right, the @TRobinsonNewEra crowd, the @RestoreBritain_ adjacent accounts who are speaking out on Epstein, why does the obsession with race and religion suddenly disappear when it is Epstein and his circle?
Sexual abuse doesn’t change for the victims depending on the location, race or religion. Your politics does.
Is child sexual exploitation only unforgivable in Rotherham or Rochdale? Or is it also unforgivable on Epstein Island and in Manhattan?
The crime doesn’t change. The victims don’t change. Only your narrative does. It’s not hard to be outraged and speak out on both, as I and many others have.
If your outrage depends on who you can weaponise it against, it was never about the children.
