@DanInFlorida @JonathanShedler Agreed. But note, Dr. Shedler writes “proceed”, meaning, sometimes the initial session(s) are about coming to a common understanding of the nature of the problem, the goal, and an agreement about what will be required from both parties to accomplish the task.
