@_Martin_Pina_@LeumasLeu@poliwa_93 It isn’t the same person. The model who they scanned is the same as the first game but she’s 7 years older at the time and had been in a car accident, her jaw was reconstructed. The idea that they scanned some girl who did temp work for the deaf girl mini game is silly at best.
@FetusberryJam@KalebPrime I disagree with the notion because bad entires exist and nothing long running is consistently great. Statements like “they ruined it” don’t hold up when people said that years ago about an entry, then said it again for another, then a banger drops and all is forgiven. 🤷♂️
@PlayerTakes@SophiaNarwitz And it’s a fine answer that leaves more questions. The point I was trying to make was that when you contextualize the fantastical into the real world the answers, even if cleaver, become silly as they can undermine the character. How come he isn’t bald after fighting Darkseid?
@SillyVanya@SophiaNarwitz It’s great the comics have an answer. The point I was making and am still making is the answer is silly and only poses more questions in context. Hence my add on to the OP post of a silly answer to a silly question about gods made flesh. Perhaps I should have worded it better.
@SillyVanya@SophiaNarwitz The guy arguing with me says he isn’t now that he has no answers. Cute.
Anyway, the point I’m making is to contextualize fantastical things into the real world makes them silly. Let it be, just accept it and they’re way more fun. This is directed at people who don’t do that.
@SillyVanya@SophiaNarwitz And how come he doesn’t go bald from fighting Darkseid? How come other characters with equally powerful laser attacks don’t render him bald? Once you start contextualizing fantastical beings into the real world the questions never stop. Just let them be.
@SillyVanya@SophiaNarwitz Does he? The cartoons are the prime canon? The whole point I’m making is when you start pointing out things like “how does he shave?” You wind up contextualizing an entirely fantastical thing into the real world which requires answers that are often very silly.
@Secretpolicia@SophiaNarwitz Like a body builder? And if that is the case why doesn’t he keep swelling until he looks like Prime? The answer is he flies and shoots lasers from his eyes, let him be. He’s a fantastical character. Real world rules only do a disservice to superheroes.
@Dontwor39926430@SophiaNarwitz Not really, he doesn’t lose his hair from other characters with crazy powerful laser attacks so how does this work? The answer is “you’re not supposed to think about that, he flies and lives in an ice fortress”. Apply real world rules to them and they fall apart. Let them be.
@Seymour_Lolis@SophiaNarwitz That’s one way. Other stories he uses his hands, his own nails like blades and kinda carves the hair off. The thing is, once you start trying to bring fantastical characters into the real world you start asking questions that only undermine the character.
