Evidence drives science+faith drives religion. Whereas cults distort both faith+evidence and abuse children. Despite no evidence ADHD enthusiasts have faith that its caused by defective neurobiology (i.e. broken brains)+make children take amphetamines. Does that make ADHD a Cult?

True, but what is most often ignored by many clinicians in their rush to diagnose and medicate is that you can be very sad, anxious, inattentive etc for an extended period and NOT be Mentally Ill. Disturbed emotions are a human response to disturbed circumstances.
