I started working night shifts while pursuing my degree to support my education and myself. I couldn't complete my degree—but I never stopped learning.
Over 9+ years, I progressed from frontline Customer Service to HR, WFM, Operations Lead, and Team Lead, managing teams of up to 25 and earning multiple performance awards.
Should a certificate define my capability, or should my experience, leadership, and results speak for themselves?
I believe potential should be measured by performance, not just qualifications.
