31-year-old Benjamin Drake Slagley is charged with second-degree sexual assault, residential burglary, and giving alcohol to a minor.

He wore the badge. Swore an oath to protect and serve.

Instead he broke into a home and preyed on a kid.

This is the same man who was previously arrested for arson last year.
