Looks like I have plantar fasciitis in my left foot stemming from pebble in my shoe under my heel for the last few km of a long run. Been doing runs for a week with this, painful for the first 4 km until foot loosen up and then when done. Any quick recovery tips?
@ottpak Thanks, already rolling with lacross ball, getting some relief from it, will start attacking the calf muscle. Trying to avoid missing training runs for now.
16.1 km done. Decided to take it easy. Felt good during the run. Surprised that I was able to keep an avg pace of 5.35 km/hr without effort. It looks like Crossfit @CF613 and Yoga @myyogatown are paying off. #crossfit613#yogatown#yoga#crossfit#marathontraining
