Eligible Crimes include most misdemeanors and felonies qualify if you’ve fully completed your sentence and probation,

- DUIs
- Shoplifting/theft
- Misdemeanor assault or disorderly conduct
- Burglary
- Many drug possession offenses
- Reckless driving
- Property crimes, fraud and more

My office is happy to report that my amendment to remove pesticide liability protections will receive a vote on the House floor as part of the Farm Bill.

However, the Rules Committee is currently packaging the Farm Bill together with FISA and reconciliation under a single rule.

These are three highly contentious bills, and if they are forced through under one rule, they are likely to fail together. This does not mean the fight is over, but there are still procedural hurdles to clear before the Farm Bill can move forward and this amendment can ultimately be included.
