🚨 NEWS: The Purdue Institute for Cancer Research has secured $9.4M in renewal of its National Cancer Institute (@theNCI) Cancer Center Support Grant.
The award extends nearly five decades of NCI designation and positions PICR to reach 50 consecutive years of recognition in 2028.

ANNOUNCED TODAY: Purdue Engineering Dean Arvind Raman has been confirmed by the U.S. Senate as undersecretary of standards and technology for @CommerceGov , also serving as director of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (@NIST), effective June 1.
On Friday, colleagues, students and friends gathered in the Neil Armstrong Hall of Engineering to celebrate Dean Raman and wish him well as he heads to Washington, D.C.
