@JioCare I'm still not sure why I'm repeatedly being asked for an alternate contact number. Is it genuinely required to resolve the issue, or is it just another way to buy time while the actual problem remains unresolved?
#jiosupportsucks
@JioCare Impressive, Jio Support! Instead of reviewing the case history, you chose to send another copy-paste response. Maybe checking previous conversations before replying should be part of the support process.
@JioCare Is this really Jio's standard of repair, @JioCare? A cut cable wrapped in tape, leading to repeated RTOs and connection drops. Customers deserve permanent fixes, not temporary patchwork. Please replace the cable instead of masking the problem. #JioFiber
@JioCare It feels like the goal is not to fix the problem permanently, but to ensure customers keep calling support. Temporary patches are not a substitute for proper engineering. Please focus on resolving the actual issue rather than just restoring service until the next outage.
@JioCare Today's engineer visit was the perfect example of a temporary fix. Instead of resolving the root cause, a quick patch-up was done just to close the ticket. Now it's only a matter of time before the same issue returns and another complaint has to be raised.
@JioCare I do understand the BEST bus strike was called off last night, so your engineer should be able to visit as scheduled. Also, a big thank you for finally raising a support request after just 4 days of continuous follow-ups. Truly impressive response time!
@JioCare Your response neither helped to restore Internet service nor give information other than any bot can provide, try to give some information which is helpful for users
