She called to say the card we made her is on top of her sideboard. I say "we", I merely stuck someone else's illustration onto card (and added glitter and pom poms). Our Jen is super talented! The dogs of DFP looking great. /end

We sat in her garden for 20 minutes, my dog sometimes sitting with her, and sometimes with me. She is resilient, and finds humour in most things. She has had losses, and sometimes a bit of wisdom leaks out when we talk. I feel special when she shares some of it with me. 2/
