KAMI NAMAN!
With the prosecution panel wrapping up its presentation of witnesses, Vice President Sara Duterte’s defense team has declared its readiness to present witnesses. https://t.co/YYKKWsPciS

@yoursoniya94 This isnt suppose to be the Match up. Angela is more of a DP Gangbang Goddess while @blkblssm can't do those kind of scenes. Angela is clearly the Hardcore Queen here.
Trillanes: I asked Luistro to drop me as a witness in the impeachment trial of VP Sara.
Trillanes: I will just reveal in my presscon what I was suppose to say.
Ergo, you don't want to be cross-examined. 😅😅😅😅
ANOTHER SUBPOENA? ANOTHER POLITICAL SPECTACLE?? SERIOUSLY??
And so the political and government machinery moves again against the sitting Vice President Sara Duterte. They are not yet satisfied with the ongoing politically motivated impeachment trial, so now they are cooking up an investigation citing possible violations of the Plunder Act, Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act, and Anti-Money Laundering Act against the Vice President… nakakaloka ang mga walang kaluluwa…
Folks, Jefry Tupas has now been subpoenaed by the NBI in what appears to be connected to the latest resurrection of the “maleta” allegations—this time courtesy of dismissed policeman Rodulfo Gracioso Jr., whose super-duper extraordinary and extra-terrestrial story the NBI is now investigating.
But folks, let us remember one inconvenient detail: an affidavit is an allegation, NOT a conviction, and certainly NOT proof by itself. Even the NBI has publicly said that Gracioso’s claims, photographs, and supposed evidence still have to be authenticated and independently verified.
Yet subpoenas are already flying one after another like kites… nakakaloka!
And here is where the story gets more interesting.
Accordingly, two dates allegedly connected to Gracioso’s narrative have a rather stubborn problem called geography:
“Mahal na Araw 2019” — Tupas was reportedly in South Korea from April 18–22, 2019.
Night of September 21, 2019 — Tupas was reportedly in Japan from September 19–22, 2019.
From what I know, there are passport stamps; you can check this with immigration.
Now, if those passport stamps and immigration records establish that Tupas was outside the Philippines' territory and geography on the relevant dates, then the obvious question is painfully simple:
How exactly does somebody receive a mysterious suitcase in the Philippines while physically abroad?
Teleportation?
Astral projection?
Maleta by Bluetooth?
My goodness gracious, ang galing nila mag-invent, right, folks? Magaling pa sila sa mga famous inventors of humanity.. Nakakaloka!!!
Those travel dates should, of course, be independently checked against Bureau of Immigration records. But that is precisely what a serious investigation should do before political theatre overtakes evidentiary discipline.
Gracioso has alleged that Tupas received cash on Duterte’s behalf, but the allegations remain contested and under investigation; the Vice President has denied knowing Gracioso and denied receiving money from him.
The NBI certainly has authority to investigate. But investigative power is NOT A BLANK CHECK! The public is entitled to ask whether subpoenas are being issued because corroborated evidence genuinely points somewhere, or because another politically combustible accusation has landed conveniently in the government’s lap.
That distinction matters enormously in a climate already saturated with political factional warfare.
Tupas’ lawyer, Atty. Toby Diokno, is expected to appear before the NBI today, October 1, at 10 a.m.
So yes, watch closely. Document carefully. Demand evidence.
Because when the coercive powers of the State are involved, the standard must be higher than: “May nagsabi kasi.” Duh! 🙄🙄🙄
The government must investigate allegations. But it must investigate fairly, consistently, and on evidence—NOT turn the investigation into political theatrics and a fishing expedition.
Otherwise, every subpoena begins to look less like a search for truth and more like another episode in the Philippines’ never-ending political demolition derby against Sara Duterte!

WHILE Marcos’ minions in the Senate are ecstatic over having succeeded in reducing the number of votes required to convict Vice President Sara Duterte, this attack on the Constitution has only revealed the real nature of this impeachment court. Because Marcos’ supporters control the Senate, being the majority, they have made it not a court that is checking the alleged abuses of a high official but a kangaroo court to politically assassinate Marcos’ nemesis.

Selective Justice: A Nation Betrayed
- Dr. Tony Leachon
The government owes ₱311 billion to PhilHealth — stolen, diverted, and unconstitutionally transferred.
This is not just fiscal negligence. It is plunder, an impeachable crime against the people’s right to health.
When leaders fail to pay what is owed to the nation’s health insurer, hospitals suffer, patients go into debt, and families lose hope.
There should be no out‑of‑pocket expenses if the government were honest, competent, and compassionate in funding healthcare.
Instead, funds meant to heal lives were diverted to unprogrammed appropriations, leaving a comatose system gasping for integrity.
Where is justice when the sick are punished for the sins of the powerful?
Accountability is not vengeance — it is restoration.
Every peso stolen from health is a life betrayed.
💬 “Selective justice breeds mistrial. Mistrial breeds mistrust. And mistrust destroys a nation’s soul.”
Tony Leachon
