Hey @virginmedia I've been the other person dealing with this for months. You lied. Again, and again, and again. When I called for conflict resolution, you lied. Contract Fraud by Misrepresentation. That's what you're guilty of here.

So I accidentally ordered two of the same thing with @nextofficial , contacted support to cancel one, they then cancelled both. I then got an email saying they didn't cancel it, then one saying it'll arrive today, then none of them arrived today. 11/10 customer service there.

@virginmedia Again, another lie. Your sales person EXPLICITLY told me that some works were required. Then when it was supposed to have been done, you tell me again it’s delayed for work reason! Why lie? And why lie about something so blatantly wrong?

Think everyone deserves to know my experience with @VirginMedia over the last month. We agreed to a contract at the end of August, with an installation date of 12th September.

Based on what I've read online, I'm not the only one they've done this to. But now my partner's job is at risk because they promised what they couldn't deliver. Thanks @virginmedia . You guys have a monopoly on high speed internet, and it sucks.

They lied repeatedly, about the work required, about when they could install the internet, about what works were needed and what was ready, and sold something they were unable to deliver.
