@bendigobank would have to be one of the most customer-unfriendly banks in Aust. Why force customers to look up a calendar, smart phone/watch to see when “20 August” falls when they could have said “Sunday 20 August”? Easy, simple & very clear. BB’s marketing people are hopeless
Why doesn’t @Mirvac at Orion Springfield Central put a mobile phone booster within the shopping centre. Signals are non-existent or close to zero in the malls and business areas. Not very customer friendly. Greater Springfield is falling behind other modern shopping centres.
@CoverMore Travel Insurance should consider changing its corporate name to CoverLess Insurance, given its refusal to pay severely injured Aussie woman Kylee Enwright after her accidental fall in Thailand. People should always think twice where they take out their travel insurance
@bendigobank Your callback system is not working this morning. That’s the one offered on 1300236344. The call back came through to a client 3 times, who pressed 1 as requested & 3 times got the message “time has expired”. That was after a 2 hour wait - not 1 hour as indicated.
@PizzaHutAU’s new delivery tracking program is breaching people’s privacy if there is more than 1 delivery. It shows where the earlier order(s) is being delivered, via the app information available to the next customer. Then, the tracking stops when the first order is delivered.
@Telstra has taken the cake for stupidity. One customer who has been receiving his monthly Telstra bills for years to a PO Box cannot retrieve a free Telstra gift to to his PO Box “for security reasons”. What is more secure than a locked PO Box? Certainly not at a front door!
@telstra no longer supplies brochures at their stores detailing available phone deals and plans. Another example of corporate stupidity and anti-consumer tactics. @Telstra_news@telstracareers@telstra
@Foxtel through @Telstra is heavily anti-consumer. Customers must go through Telstra with queries but Telstra says they can’t help as they’re only a biller. Foxtel won’t deal directly with Telstra customers@ Very anti-competitive. Very unfair @FOXTEL_Help@Telstra_news@acccgovau
@LexisNexisAUS needs to sharpen its delivery promises & call centre operations in the Philippines. A customer ordered 2 Law books on 29 May. Never delivered to Aus Post despite a L/N tracking no. Complaint on 10 June promised a fresh order but still no delivery almost week later.
@mebank has issued a public apology over its decision to unilaterally reduce home loan redraw limits resulting in many customers being unable to access their own money. They have rightly reversed their decision today in what they call a “MEa culpa” in newspapers across Australia.
@RedRoosterAUS must be the largest fast food outlet in Australia which still doesn’t take @AmexAU cards, restricting payment options for many customers.
@twiningsau trading as AB Food & Beverages SA need to urgently change their Jarrah bottling. The foil seal NEVER comes away cleanly meaning that bits could progressively drop into the bottle. If you try to remove with a knife, same thing. Someone could choke & die. @ACCCProdSafety
Has anyone else had problems with @GiftBazaarAu? Item ordered & paid for 22 Nov with Express Shipping 2-3 bus. days $7 extra. Shipping Info to @auspost 29 Nov. To AusPost 5 Dec. Delivery projected 9-11 Dec. No apologies. Just a $7 ripoff & breach of Aust. Consumer Law. @acccgovau
The Bank of Queensland is acting in an unfair, un-Australian and discriminatory manner refusing home loans to people lawfully employed by legitimate businesses. Their “justification” is pure claptrap. @BOQ@couriermail@QLDConsWatch
