Exactly. There was money to provide critical services but @fordnation used it to:
1.Cut $300M in taxes for wealthy
2.Spend $138M on cancelled H1 deal to fire $6M man
3. Pay $100M to cancel wind farm
4. Etc.
Then he cut: increased class sizes, cut OSAP, cut autism supports, etc.
