To George and Laura, Bill and Hillary — we're grateful for your friendship, counsel, and devotion to this country. And to Joe and Jill, thank you for being on this journey with us.
One of the reasons I wasn’t in favor of Biden dropping out or not running for re-election is it shows weakness.
If ops can drive up the negatives for your nominee knowing you’ll abandon them they can and will do it again and again.
I shouldn’t have to explain this.
We're at the point where there needs to be investigations into what's going on with our mainstream news media and press and their capitulation, I might even say collusion with the trump admin. Biden or any other president would be getting absolutely destroyed right now because of this deal (surrender) with Iran. Republicans would have articles of impeachment waiting for him when he got back home.
He's weak, he's sickly, he's tired, he's frail, he's falling asleep, he can barely walk. What will it take for our media to do it's damn job??
We’re at the point where the media blockade of talking about trump’s health has to stop. He falls asleep in public daily, he appears weak and frail and confused daily, he takes a dementia test every 90 days, he has a basketball team sized group of doctors specialists working on him, he wears a diaper, like come on.
Snyder: One of our national fairy tales is that [Donald Trump] is a negotiator or he has some kind of negotiating skills. He does not. He's a charismatic performer who played a negotiator on TV, but he does not have negotiating skills. He's terrible at it.
This is a jaw-dropping, horrific surrender document complete with hundreds of billions in reparations. It is the predictable result of incompetent negotiation and the foolhardy strategic catastrophe of starting and pursuing this disastrous war. The U.S. will not soon recover from this, the biggest national security blunder in decades.
Reagan is rolling over in his grave. Iran’s nuclear ambitions were not curbed, and they have learned that threatening the Strait of Hormuz works and will undoubtedly leverage it in the future. Now, Iran gets to build brand-new infrastructure under this deal.
Before the war, the strait was open, Iran was being crushed by sanctions, and 13 service members were still alive. Now, 13 Americans are dead, families have paid billions at the pump, sanctions will be lifted, and the bombing has stopped. This is the worst foreign policy blunder in decades.
It’s remarkable watching the people who spent a decade attacking the Obama Iran Deal now twist themselves into knots to defend Trump’s complete surrender.
Holy shit this is bad.
Strait of Hormuz = free transit for 60 days, after that it’s up to Iran and Oman
Nothing on missiles.
All Iranian sanctions removed.
$300 billion to Iran on top of releasing all frozen funds.
We didn’t win a single point. Holy shit.
Iran won this war. By closing the Strait of Hormuz, they forced Trump to capitulate without achieving any of his major war objectives.
I hope future presidents will study the lessons of this defeat. Too many people died, and too much money was spent for nothing.
The difference between this and the deal Trump tore up is that Iran now gets more money, fewer restrictions, less oversight, and more regional autonomy.
