@AustinAngela @Ask_Spectrum Yes. I receive them about half the time there is an outage. We were down for over 20 hours all together in May and only received one 4 hour credit as the other outages that added up to 20 were under 4 hours in length and they only reimburse for over 4 hours at one time.

@AmeriGas In 2021 you allowed our neighborhood tank to run dry & the whole neighborhood was without heat for 6 days with sub freezing temps. It's 15 out today & there is not enough pressure to allow heaters to run in our neighborhood. Install the 2nd tank you promised in 2021.
