@ATinyGreenCell I actually work on metal-biology in my PhD so I have quite some experience making hundreds of slightly different trace metal containing M9 media... 😅 Precipitation can indeed be a pain (I learned that the hard way). I guess this is why they use EDTA here.
@cajun_science Thanks for your suggestion! I will have a look if I can make this work in the future! It was quite tricky to get it to work “just right“ for each plate type right now.

I am actually not surprised by this since we always see that rampamycin is very specific based on validation experiments for our LiP-MS method. We have tons of data on this.
