twelve days since sony announced the end of physical discs. twelve days of silence toward players. meanwhile, in courtrooms and regulators' offices:

- Brazil: a federal deputy is demanding an official investigation, and congress is weighing a digital ownership bill
- Netherlands: a consumer group suing for $457 million on behalf of 1.7 million players has now escalated its case over the disc decision
- UK: a £2 billion claim over playstation store pricing has already been argued in court. closing arguments are done - a ruling is expected within months
- Mexico: two federal lawmakers are preparing an antitrust complaint against sony as the sole seller and sole price-setter on its platform

and here's the twist. for years, sony's answer in these cases was simple: there's competition, you can always buy the disc.

on july 1, sony deleted its own alibi.

the petition got silence. the cancellations got coupons. this one comes with a court date.

No, I speak truth and fight for whats right while you "own nothing and be happy" bootlickers are in my comments section crying about me fighting against you guys.

The only reason corpo bootlickers feel the need to comment is because they see what is going on and they need more people on their side to try and save their favorite corpo from becoming ancient history.

Its not going to work because the trend in stocks are simple.

Once you go into the red investor start pulling out.

Alot of people dont realize that the number 1 rule of stocks is to never let your stock go in the red.

Once it does you start losing investors.

But all I have to do to get these corpo bootlickers to show up is post the Sony stocks and talk about how bad they are doing.

That is what gets them nervous.

Because deep down inside they know that PlayStation is done for and theres nothing they can do about it.

Para quienes creen que no hay ninguna batalla porque Sony ya ha tomado la decisión:

Sí, la decisión existe. Lo que no está decidido es si seguirá compensando mantenerla.

El fin de los nuevos lanzamientos físicos no se ejecutará hasta 2028. Hasta entonces, Sony tendrá que comprobar si el beneficio esperado compensa el coste económico, comercial y reputacional.

Las empresas no rectifican porque cambien de opinión. Rectifican cuando cambian los incentivos. Cuando el coste empieza a superar al beneficio.

La batalla no es demostrar que el físico vende tanto como el digital.

Es conseguir que eliminarlo salga más caro que conservarlo.

Os diga una cosa, podemos estar muy contentos y muy orgullosos de lo que somos ahora mismo como comunidad gaming.

Dejando de lado el ruido de la gente que no entiende lo que está en juego, los pasivos y los vendidos de Sony, todos los demás estamos concienciados, apoyándonos y manteniéndonos muy bien informados.
Nunca habíamos sido un conglomerado tan fuerte y tan unido como lo somos ahora.

Por eso, creo que vale la pena que lo apreciemos y recordemos este sentimiento para el futuro.

Es muy temprano para prever qué sucederá en los próximos días y meses, pero sin duda alguna, el ejercicio que estamos haciendo de valor y perseverancia, sumado a la conciencia social que estamos adquiriendo todos, nos está haciendo mejores seres humanos y menos marionetas a manos de las grandes empresas.

Ya sea que hayáis cancelado la sub de PS Plus, no estéis comprando nada de Sony, estéis informando a la gente o haciendo ruido en redes, sabed que os admiro y estoy orgulloso de formar parte de esto junto a vosotros.

No somos NPCs a los que puedan controlar, somos consumidores con derechos a los que, si quieren vender, van a tener que respetar.

Keep up the good fight, im doing my part and not only did i cancel my Subscription, but im also gonna trade in my PS5 and 4 for an older more retro console.
