@Ryanair Should have flown at 20.45 last night. Then at 8.55 this morning. Already delayed by an hour. At check in where are HANDWRITING boarding passes. Been in the queue for an hour. Spent hours waiting to be taken to a hotel last night, no drink provided, nothing!!!

@BCC_Help Another week, another bin not emptied. They didn't even look at it!!! They did empty it last week so I suppose I should feel grateful - grateful that the people who are paid to do a job with money that is taken from my wages actually did their job!!!!
