A delay is understandable but not respecting the passenger with real treatment and clear answers this is something I can't understand especially from @qatarairways

I have been trying for our hour's to get clear information though different channels (WhatsApp, phone, Messenger) and it's chaotic
For the information too exhausted to communicate them again dine it already several times
