@MightyMillers20 Arteta was accused of being a massive ‘Bottlejob’ until this year. Lanpard was not wanted at Coventry. Nobody knows how good a manager can be until he is doing the job. With McClaren’s guidance this may turn out to be an excellent appointment. Only time will tell. #rufc

@millersfm2011 Agree. With an experienced and successful manager and mentor in SM it might work. All managers are a gamble. Ronnie and Warney worked. MH didn’t. Ian Porterfield was a newbie as well and he didn’t do too bad!

@TR01i01i Yes but even when we had EU passports before Brexit we still had to queue (sometimes very long) to get through passport control at European and UK airports which is the point I am making.

@CockertonMark There were long queues at passport control in European and UK airports long before Brexit. New technology, lack of staff and planes scheduled to arrive together are the issue.

@PeterStefanovi2 There were queues for passport control like this at Palma Airport in the 90’s so Brexit is not to blame. Lack of staff, new technology and no of planes arriving together is the problem.

@GabSutton Well said. The manager is employed and paid to do a job and stands and falls by his decisions. Get behind him and his selection of players and leave the criticism (or praise) until after the tournament.

@The_RUFC Exactly. Warne had a bad start also in his first full season. Ferguson struggled in his first few seasons at Man Utd. MH needs time and patience with this new younger squad. Unfortunately managers don’t get time and patience from fans these days who want instant success.

Trying to stay upbeat but that was poor today #Millers. Only positives Gore and Baptiste. We will never score unless we create chances which is not happening at present. Need a forward capable of scoring them as well mind. Things need to improve fast. #UTM #RUFC
