I have a kotak credit card for the last 3 years. At the time of getting the card it was said that it is lifetime free and no joining fee. First 2 years no anual fee charged.But this year anual fee is changed.
I took this card after only if it was no anual charges. @KotakBankLtd

Rescheduling the delivery regularly and very unprofessional behavior by delivery partner/agent (Ekart logistics).
