@ExxAlerts The judge isn't lying. If you're seeking to be made complete whole in court then you arrived with the wrong perception. Her son's death isn't the first and won't be the last. That's a tough pill to swallow. Follow the guidelines and move forward.

If he's DUI then you're going to know that when you walk up to the car. Asking him to step out is a passive aggressive response to him not wanting to answer your questions.
