@ModSpurs11@LeeHurstComic The point is, no one is or would be working overtime, they will just claim that they are to benefit financially from doing so. Both employer and employee would be incentivised to do it this way, going by the given example.
@neilorpen@AMcKellar89@LeeHurstComic They would just say overtime was previously unpaid however they’ve “amended” their overtime policy to be paid and there you have it. Rattle off a quick PDF with company letterhead and save it somewhere - policy changed and everyone doing overtime now
@utdnight@MrStephenHowson I mean.. absolutely nothing stopping him wearing a Man U shirt with Rashford’s name on it if that’s all it is?
So it’s obviously a conscious choice.
Which begs the question - why?
Only so many probabilities, really, and we’ve picked the likeliest of those.
@MrStephenHowson While we’re here - also notice how quick we’ve gone back to absolutely no one giving a toss that winning Europa league gives CL qualification. Not seen one thing about it since.
@sayndhe@MrStephenHowson Well it’s impossible to know the future while on the other hand you’re talking absolute shite when you have facts available since they’re in the past. Also not just you - there are tonnes daily and it’s all genuine nonsense.
@IfiDashYuSlap@StretfordPaddck If they said we could have a Madrid level stadium or world leading, absolute best of the best in the world while remaining at OT, everyone would go for it. So the divide is that for some, the memories and feeling are worth more than a shiny new place.
@IfiDashYuSlap@StretfordPaddck Right but my point is that you said Madrid and Barca have built new stadiums and they haven’t. The reason people are hesitant to leave OT is the memories associated that are lost. If you could renovate everyone would be happy but since we can’t (without extra £), ppl are split.
