No joke, this is why Americans havent completely bought into soccer.
My Achilles would literally have to be stuck on the bottom of this dudes cleat for me to carry on like that.
This joker got the call, stood up, and played the rest of the match. And Balogun gets the rest of this match, and the next, a win or go home off the pitch.
Clown stuff
(🚨) So to be very clear, FIFA rules do *not* allow the USMNT to appeal the Balogun red card *on the basis of claiming the referee erred*.
But.
Under the circumstances, the USMNT should appeal on the very different grounds ESPN just reported on: misapplication of VAR protocols.
Nobody disputes that the terrorists had their reasons for killing 3,000 Americans, it’s just, unlike you, most of us do not accept that their reasons justified their barbaric crime.
This race comes down to two very different candidates: self-made vs. silver spoon.
❌Jon Ossoff lives in a house his parents bought him and used his grandfather's inheritance to make documentaries that he sold to Qatari-funded Al Jazeera.
✅Mike Collins built his own trucking company from the ground up before purchasing his family’s business.
🚨 @Riley_Gaines_ called out Jon Ossoff for voting to keep men in women's sports THREE times.
“When it has mattered most, Georgia Democrat Sen. Jon Ossoff has abandoned women and girls every single time.”
⬇️
Jon Ossoff voted for one of the largest spending bills in American history, helping drive up the cost of gas, groceries, and housing for Georgia families.
Then he voted against the Working Families Tax Cuts, which delivered a tax cut of more than $3,000 for the average Georgian this year.
While I’ve delivered results, Jon Ossoff has fought to make your life more expensive and less free at every turn.
@bluestein Women what are you doing? Jon Ossoff voted against protecting girls from men in women’s sports. He is a liar and a fraud and you are falling for it hook line and sinker. Are you serious with this? Think of your daughters. This man’s not fighting for them.
My biggest concern isn’t just the Supreme Court’s birthright citizenship ruling.
It’s the voting pattern.
Three conservative appointed justices sided against Trump’s position:
- John Roberts
- Amy Coney Barrett
- Brett Kavanaugh
Now consider this:
On the major Trump cases, the liberal justices have consistently voted against him not 80% of the time, not 90%, but essentially every time.
Meanwhile, conservative appointed justices have crossed over far more often:
- Roberts: 10–15+ times
- Barrett: 8–12+ times (Trump appointee)
- Kavanaugh: 6–10+ times (Trump appointee)
- Gorsuch: 4–8+ times (Trump appointee)
- Thomas: 0–2 times
- Alito: 0–2 times
Call it judicial independence or inconsistency, that’s up to you.
My concern is this: WHEN the Court eventually has a liberal majority, what issues will be next?
How different will America look?
Elections matter.
From a conservative perspective the problem with hoping for Alito to strategically retire is that his replacement will be a downgrade.
You just won’t find someone with his intellect, legal craftsmanship and backbone.
He’s clicking on all cylinders and, by the way, is still younger than our two most recent presidents.
The hysteria over the unsurprising resent decisions of the Roberts Court shines a light on the real problem facing America today. Of the three branches of government, we currently have an activist Judiciary, a powerful Executive, but a flat tire when it comes to the Legislative branch.
Birthright citizenship, for example, was not expected to be overturned by the Supreme Court. Congress could easily establish common sense legislation that would define more clearly the original purpose and boundaries intended by the 14th Amendment. That would, however, require John Thune to act like an American statesman rather than a RINO hack, so there is, as usual, no hope.
As long as the pansy-ass Republicans mince around the halls of Congress, we are doomed.
Kavanaugh is telling Congress they can pass a bill to fix birthright citizenship and it wouldn't violate the 14th Amendment
Just add this to the SAVE Act and pass it all
Keep in mind: These are the criminals that Jeb Boasberg and SCOTUS have kept here by delaying the president's implementation of the Alien Enemies Act.
In fact, the matter is still languishing before the 5th Circuit with no decision yet. The administration could have been removing these TdA thugs for the past 16 months had the courts not interfered. And it's very likely the president will ultimately prevail, which makes the court delays all the more inexcusable.
