@drlauraduggan Love and respect you Laura, but so saddened by how focused academia is on being divisive by gender/sex/race/sexuality we are so preoccupied by grouping and blaming and creating us and them and telling anyone who disagrees that they just don’t understand.
All Canadian medical school graduates should do rotating internships before specializing (even if the specialty is another year of family medicine). Not only does this produce better physicians, but helps to solve primary care crisis (streamlines pathway).

@LondonAllergy@SamGoodhand Nap6 was great…except it would always confuse North Americans on exam since we don’t have Teic here (Canada) and so the classic q ranking risk of anaphylaxis in was always nmb>abx since we primarily use ancef (which can be given to pen aller despite being a cephalosporin)
