@Seansheashy @simivatu @SkyHelpIreland I’ll give you an idea of timeline Simi: rang sky 16th Nov (on hold for an hour), 27th nov - lad arrives and says dish is shot but he can’t do anything, 2 Dec - ring again (on hold for over an hour), say it will be 4-6 weeks to get another lad out. 😳😒
