Scientists have identified specific gut bacteria that appear to trigger multiple sclerosis (MS).
In a groundbreaking study conducted at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, researchers examined 81 pairs of identical twins in which only one sibling had MS. This unique design allowed them to control for genetic and environmental factors, isolating the role of the microbiome.
The team found that two bacterial species, Eisenbergiella tayi and Lachnoclostridium, were significantly more abundant in the twins with MS. When these microbes were transferred into mouse models, they directly induced MS-like autoimmune symptoms, providing strong causal evidence.
This is the most precise identification of microbial triggers for MS to date and adds powerful support to the gut-brain axis in autoimmune disease. The discovery raises hope for new approaches to early detection, prevention, and treatment — potentially by targeting or modulating these specific bacteria before symptoms appear.
While human clinical trials are still needed, the findings represent a major step toward microbiome-based therapies for MS and other autoimmune conditions.

Archaeologists have recovered large quantities of blue-and-white Chinese porcelain, along with chandelier fragments, goblets, textiles and grain, in an 18th-century shipwreck discovered from about 600 meters beneath the waters of the Skagerrak Strait in Norway.
The porcelain, the best-preserved cargo of its kind ever found in Northern Europe, is believed to be of Chinese origin and dates from the mid-18th century. The chandelier fragments are thought to be of German or English design, but further research is needed to determine the ship's origin, route and destination.

Chinese Premier Li Qiang has signed a decree of the State Council to publish a new set of regulations on the implementation of the country's Mineral Resources Law.
Set to take effect on June 15, 2026, these regulations are designed to ensure the effective implementation of the revised Mineral Resources Law and facilitate the proper development and utilization of mineral resources. The rules also aim at strengthening the conservation of mineral resources and ecological environment, advancing high-quality development of the mining sector, and safeguarding the mineral resource security.
Legends of King Arthur have long been tied to Glastonbury....
The nearby hill fort at South Cadbury Castle has often been linked to Camelot. Excavations there show activity in the early 6th century, the period usually associated with a possible historical Arthur.
The connection to Glastonbury itself appears by the late 12th century, when monks at Glastonbury Abbey claimed to have found a grave. They reported an inscribed marker stating that Arthur was buried there, along with the remains of a man and a woman believed to be Guinevere.
The bones were later reburied within the abbey, and the site became a place of pilgrimage. The marked location of the supposed grave can still be seen in the grounds today.

We are SHOCKED and HORRIFIED! We will meet with the Boulder Police to provide any information we can. The last time I spoke with him, he couldn't stop talking about the cyber-stalkers and how they destroyed his life. I will release a video statement soon.

We are experiencing some mild to medium solar activity at this time. However, the Sun is not the primary driver of what many of you are feeling right now. The planetary field itself is compressing. There is a convergence of energy building, and compression always creates pressure before clarity.
When pressure builds in the collective field, the human nervous system registers it first. It does not register it as “energy.” It registers it as activation. And when you get a specific energetic cocktail like this, it can present as anxiety spikes, racing heart, blood pressure fluctuations, restless legs, nausea, gut urgency, joint and muscle aches that seem to move, headaches, sinus congestion, dry eyes, floaters, blurred vision, early morning waking, and the familiar feeling of being wired yet exhausted because it is reflecting sympathetic activation, cortisol cycling, fragmented sleep, and hormonal shifts. What can feel like coordinated energy hits is often a cluster of overtired, overstimulated nervous systems trying to recalibrate at the same time particularly within the physical body.
Now layer on top of that the astrological architecture of this week. We are moving toward a ring of fire eclipse in late Aquarius. An eclipse does not arrive suddenly on the day it becomes visible. It applies. It presses on the field days before it peaks. It compresses identities before it removes them. Aquarius is air. Air governs cognition, thought, narrative, and processing speed. So when Aquarian pressure increases, the mental field accelerates. The mind speeds up. Information increases. Processing bandwidth rises. And if the mind cannot expand beyond its previous boundaries, that quickening feels like anxiety. If the mind allows expansion, the exact same energy feels like clarity, however the mind isn't able to go past what it does not know and so that stage of clarity is not fully anchored in the collective field yet.
As we move closer to the 17th, it is natural for some of these experiences to increase. Compression peaks before it releases. Mental quickening can intensify. Sleep may feel lighter. The mind may want to solve something that does not yet have language. Remember dear light workers. Intensity does not equal danger. The 17th is a peak point in a process that has already begun and will continue to settle after. You are not being overtaken. You are recalibrating.
You got this.

Death may just be an illusion.
New research into quantum physics suggests death may not be the end, but a shift in consciousness within a multiverse shaped by the observer.
That’s the bold proposition of biocentrism, a scientific theory suggesting that life and consciousness are not accidental byproducts of the universe, but rather its very foundation.
Proponents argue that what we perceive as death is only a transition—a change in our conscious experience—within a reality shaped by the observer.
Drawing on quantum physics and decades of experiments, the theory challenges our basic understanding of time, space, and existence itself. Phenomena like entanglement, the observer effect, and retrocausality point to a universe where consciousness influences outcomes, blurring the line between what’s “real” and what’s observed.
Experiments in quantum mechanics, from photons predicting future conditions to particles seemingly altering the past, bolster the idea that reality is deeply linked to perception. These results suggest that our sense of a fixed external world may be misleading. If consciousness defines reality, then the end of physical life may not equate to the end of existence. Instead, life might persist in a dimension beyond time—within an interconnected multiverse where all possibilities coexist. Far from science fiction, this view is reshaping how some scientists and thinkers understand mortality, hinting at a universe where death isn’t final but part of a broader, ongoing continuum of awareness.
