"What a privilege to be tired from work you once begged the universe for."
This quote sums up the gratitude I've been feeling to be working on Weepstone. I've honestly never worked harder in my life and I've had many days I'm stretching the stamina bar to 150%, but I truly believe that it doesn't get better than this. I decided I wanted to make games at age 8, banging out a BBS door in BASIC on my Commodore 64C. To be doing it now full time is a dream come true.

Devs are terrified to post their games because someone will show up and go "looks like a shit game." Years of work killed in 4 words. But you know what helps me? The thing my 4yo son always says when he's upset: ok, I don't care. Wishlist here: https://t.co/Ri0hiuH5u5

A chaotic game about getting your shopping done, no matter what - or who! - gets in your way.
We always get a lot of "I'm looking for a team!" messages from people joining Kenney Jam. But in this jam all you need to do is come up with an idea, and program it.
The visuals are already done for you, so it's perfect for joining solo!

Trying out that vertical video thing.
Go easy on me, I'm one of those elder millennial/gen-Z hybrids, I think vertical videos will always be a bit alien to me. 😅

Got an hour to spare today or tomorrow? Leave some kind comments on things you enjoy. Tell a developer they're doing a great job, or let an artist know their work is incredible.
It can make a big difference in someone's day, trust me.
@VideoGameCream You know those cozy games where you clean up after someone else has made a big mess? This is exactly the opposite. 😈
