تخلّل الندوة سلسلة جلسات تمحورت حول واقع وآفاق الرغيف العربي في ظل شح الموارد في المنطقة #العربية، ورفع القيمة التغذوية لرغيف الخبز بالإضافة لعدد من المداخلات حول أهميّة الحبوب كمصدر أساسي للغذاء في العالم العربي وأهمّية الرغيف لناحية اعتباره جزءًا لا يتجزّأ من الأمن الغذائي.
