@gummibear737 Going forward beyond 2020, we need to presume any election is unfair until proven otherwise by the election processes (before, during and after).
This achieves simplicity, transparency, and fairness as rules change under this presumption. Everyone needs this mindset.
@PowerOwn45 You are looking at this from the wrong end of the barrel. The question isn't whether we should regard Israel as an ally, the question is does Israel treat us as an ally. The answer varies considerably over time.
@DKThomp Why must our election counts be presumed to be true unless proven otherwise? Our election systems have it backwards. The burden should be on the election officials to prove accurate and fair elections and counting votes. Oaths and signatures are not proofs.

Hello Mr. Hunter Biden,
You're getting six-digit likes on every post lately. I don't have any hope to ratio you or whatever through traditional "Hello" means.
But for those uninitiated, those who are captivated by your fake-humble persona obviously PR-engineered to capture unsuspecting disaffected Republicans:
You are not some humility, witty guy turning over a new leaf. You are the ultimate proof of nepotism, everything that the so-called "Epstein Class" is supposed to represent.
Let me explain - off the top of my head.
You were a board member of USGLC. U.S. Global Leadership Coalition. The most powerful NGO that nobody's ever heard of. Last year, I documented in several threads, how Liz Schrayer, USGLC lead, took credit for ramming through a 90 billion dollar bill for Ukraine in 2024, even as @mattvanswol demonstrated that Western North Carolina got zero help in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene because FEMA threw up their hands and said they ran out of funds.
USGLC, arguably, is the most powerful NGO that nobody has ever heard of. It includes a bunch of corporations, a bunch of nonprofit leads, and ... for some magical reason, I documented, extensively, linked, that Liz Schrayer started pursuing you in 2012. During the Obama years, when you were Biden's son. Are you a former Secretary of State? No. Are you a CEO of a Fortune 500 company? No. That puts you below the average USGLC board member, by a good tier.
So what DID get you on USGLC? The only reason: that you were the son of a sitting Vice President known for corruption, and you yourself were known for corruption.
You are not "folksy." You are the worst of the worst of the elite. Most of the elite, at least, get their credentials through Georgetown/George Washington/Harvard Kennedy. You got yours purely on nepotism. Any photographs you have of yourself at motels is proof that you are so incompetent that you waste all your money, not that you come from humble beginnings. Because others like @MarcoPolo501c3 have thoroughly documented that you benefited a great deal from your nepotism.
You even tried to bait those in with saying you prefer to keep immigration "legal" - but we all know the trap that keeps illegal immgrants here: outlaw deportations, and make every immigrant case "asylum", and magically, everyone who might've been here illegally a few years ago is legal.
You may get 175K likes on your semi-subverting, PR-designed photographs. But those of us who know, know you're fake.

Anyone who claims the lack of joy about the 250th is a function of a rough economy was not alive in 1976.
The country rocked in its 200th celebration and the economy was a FREAKING MESS.
There is this Gen Z misconception that the '70s and early '80s were some sort of economic golden age of readily available, well-paying jobs, low cost housing and an all around sense of prosperity.
WRONG.
Google "Stagflation." Google "gas lines." Google "mortgage interest rates in the 1980s."
Our economy today is a golden age by comparison, without exaggeration.
Yet somehow in 1976 we could gleefully celebrate our nation's birthday without Democrats turning it into a Howard Zinn-inspired anti-history hatefest.
I don't think you understand how this is going to roll out. The powers that be will use the technology to control. They will not allow you to be in control of your own destiny. It is not in their nature.
This video has ramifications far beyond the making of firearms. They are planning to control the means of production and will use technology to do it:

@Miss1onControl@DanielleFong What's interesting is how much harder living on the moon is going to be compared to Mars. The moon is just a pure nightmare of temperature extremes and abrasive dust. If we can get it done on the Moon, then the main Mars problem will be logistics.
Counterargument (just spitballing) -- Abolish discrete time zones. Call it "Fuzzy Time". Most people would be happiest with localized times, not forced into 15 degree longitudinal time zones. With GPS/cellphone technology, each population center (city, town, village) can have their own sun-adjusted time. Keep UTC for coordinating events across distances and let the apps work out the adjustments.
Yes, I do see difficulties with this, but it sucks to live on the eastern edge of a time-zone where people living just 10 minutes east of you are basically in DST compared to you. It isn't rocket science and allows populations to adjust their events according to their immediate needs and seasons.
@Brohonatron@elonmusk Not sure what mission you're thinking of. Satellite deployment was automatic. If the release failed, there were backup hand tools that could be used during an EVA to release it from the cargo bay. Such a failure never happened, however.
