In the last 45 months, I've spent more time studying and working on election related issues than most people spend at their job.
There is reason for concern
@GovPressOffice Because the lousy way that y'all issue and process ballots stinks to high heaven and opens lots of doors to potential fraud.
Most of us realize that when there's a stench, something is rotten.
@AzPinkLady@PatriotMarkCook@DrFrankModels Another pertinent fact that I didn't mention is that as near as I can tell, all the ballots are centrally scanned rather than scanned at the voting location.
Ronald Reagan signing amnesty legislation in 1986, which gave amnesty to 3 million illegal aliens, was one of the worst betrayals in our country's history.
Instead of stronger borders, we got 30 million more illegals crossing invading our country.
This is Islam imam in Plano texas knows the statistics of how many Muslims they need to capture political power
Listen to him!
Texans must not be fooled, while your attention is elsewhere, Muslims are plotting to take Texas for Allah
Wake up
I've been talking about demographics for decades. This is but one reason that they matter. Belgium is done. I don't think they can turn it around, and most of Europe is close behind them.
Terrifying, Islamic scholar in France reveals:
"In 30 years, France, Belgium and Europe will be Muslim. In Brussels today, Muslims are 43% of the population. Among the youth, Muslims are already the majority.
Infidels should be ready, it's going to get very difficult for them!"
Rep. Little Links to the bill in his post. It is a damning piece of evidence that Talarico should never be allowed to write or vote on laws.
It's actually pretty good evidence that he shouldn't be allowed to vote or walk around freely. Apparently some of his screws weren't adequately torqued.
James Talarico filed House Bill 819 in 2023 to repeal all of Texasโs pro-life laws, but thatโs not the worst part. The worst part is redefining โwomanโ in Texas law as โpregnant individual.โ
Thatโs not Texas.

@AzPinkLady@PatriotMarkCook@DrFrankModels I looked briefly earlier today and all I could find in a brief search was "optical scanners".
Brand doesn't really matter if you get down to it.
Earlier Reports said noting of the 60 month prison sentence. If that happens, there may well be some justice.
Any jr enlisted doing what he did would have received jail time.
BREAKING: John Bolton will reportedly be pleading GUILTY to charges of illegally retaining sensitive national security documents.
This comes with an agreement to pay $2 million in fines and a potential 60-month prison sentence.
It should never been a "priority" in the first place.
It would have been nothing but an ass kissing move that would have accomplished nothing substantial. Not accomplishing anything substantial for his constituents is why @JohnCornyn will soon be on the street.
No prison for a crime that was obvious from his vain attempts to conceal it, and a fine that is likely minuscule to him. To pay it he will quite possibly be rewarded with lucrative speaking engagements in an attempt to dig back at Trump.
This is not justice.
Unfolded and pristine ballots...Where have I heard about that before.
For those that don't know, in the days before scanned ballots even hand marked cast in person ballots were folded before inserting into the ballot box. It was a small part of insuring ballot privacy.
In fact in Texas, that is still codified in the election code:
"Sec. 64.008. DEPOSITING BALLOT. (a) Except as provided by Subsection (b), after a voter has marked the ballot, the voter shall fold the ballot to conceal the way it is marked but to expose the presiding judge's signature, and shall deposit it in the ballot box used for the deposit of marked ballots."
Subsection b has to do with provisional ballots which are placed in an envelope.
You could make a case that it is still required with scanned ballots, but then the whole system would fall apart;)
Kurt Olsen, a White House official who assisted President Trumpโs efforts to examine the 2020 election results, has joined the Justice Department as a senior attorney in the U.S. Attorneyโs Office for the Southern District of Florida, where prosecutors are reviewing prior federal investigations into President Trump as part of a broader grand conspiracy inquiry.
Identifying which is which doesn't seem to be the problem.
If the voter returned the first and incorrect ballot, but doesn't return the second correct ballot, the state is saying they will count the original and potentially incorrect ballot.
If the corrected ballot is returned, they will presumably discard the original ballot.
