From someone who has had to deal with anxiety all my life, it's not as simple as your premise suggest, although it does have it's place.
For example, I've taken action that unknowingly perpetuated my anxiety, creating a negative feedback loop. Some has lived with this feedback loop for so long that it's their identity and may require a more nuanced and skilled approach. The anxiety in this case may be an indicator of an underlying issue, whether that be physical or psychological (usually both). So taking action to "get rid of" anxiety may just be kicking the can down the road. Treatment may be more effective by understanding the anxiety. @barbaramerritt Same here. When spring come around, we'll get our outdoor steps in. In the meantime, let's get it in however we can, one step at at time.
@Gfilche@Tesla The turning point of this "new book" was when Elon decided to move away from explicit heuristic coding into an end-to-end neural network. Elon announced this in late 2023 earnings call.
