#Rustomjee Regency is a layout in Dahisar with CTS no 921/1 comprising of 4 societies - Rustomjee Regency CHS Ltd. Building no 1,2,3,4 with 477 flats. The said project was developed by Keystone Realtors @RustomjeeSpaces in 1999 & the societies got formed in the year 2004

Our question to @mybmc @AUThackeray @OfficeofUT
Why were societies not informed about the same? The new #DCR has come into force now but why was the plot not been developed as promised? How can #BMC transfer rights to the #builder without taking consent of the society?

The builder has started full-fledged construction activity without handing over the plot to @mybmc and @mybmc doesn’t seem to have any issues with that but is quick to handle issues on @KanganaTeam office
