One of the best countries to do it in Africa under the leadership of President of Rwanda, Paul Kagame.
Rwanda is far ahead when it comes to attracting foreign investment in Africa.
Thirty one years ago, no investor would risk a penny there. Today, foreign private capital has reached USD 886.9 million in 2023, with FDI alone rising 44% to USD 716.5 million.
