I also highlight for you that @Uber and @Uber_Support have a 1-800 number to report incidents, but that it is closed on the weekends. Because assaults never happen on the weekends.

Then, when I attempted to report the assault to @Uber_Support their system didn't register the attempted ride so I was unable to categorize it correctly and this driver is still actively driving for Uber right now.

Once again, I'm really really disappointed with @AirbnbHelp and @Airbnb in general.
