This is a young man I know personally. He is 14 and has had a new haircut (shown). He has been given a 60 mins detention EVERY evening & isolation every break & lunch until his hair grows. Help - is this normal educational behaviour? I am horrified.

I have @BritishGas @BGHomeCare200, but I have no heating, no hot water, and limited electricity. Been wrong since 23/12 Engineers will come on Wednesday 27. @BGHomeCare200 is expensive. I'm to wait for help even though I'm 'vulnerable'. Not the best Christmas present. HC 2 U!
